CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I think it would be best if we could maybe limit the posts to about 10 or less per person per day. Making posts of 15 - 20 in a row really takes away from others getting reps for that day. (As I am repping every post here) Also, there are others who should actually post more each day. Try to get at least 2 -3 post in per day. 5 is a great #, that's about what I try to shoot for each day.
I know this isn't my thread so I don't want to step out of bounds. But these are my thoughts on the subject. Take it or leave it, my feelings will not be hurt, LOL.

totally agree, in fact in my OP I did request that everyone post 5 times for reps here so that then we can get around to several different members in one day.
perhaps we can starta a secondary thread for post count building where we can each post even more to build up our health and post count.
how does this sound all?
I will edit the beginning post here to address this and make it more clear that we each should be able to post here 5 times per account if you wish (for those with work accounts and main accounts 5 each) and then if there are still difficulties members can choose to rep each of the 5 or 3 per account or however they wish.
