I just discovered that I can access my report threads now!

WHAT IS GOING ON IN THERE!? Our newly enforced rule states specifically that NO TRAD SDA MODS ARE ALLOWED TO WORK OUR REPORTS!

And what do I discover?

A TRAD MOD not only helping to work my reports but PUSHING FOR ME TO GET BANNED AS WELL in clear violation of Prog FSR which clearly state NO SDA MODS ALLOWED TO WORK OUR REPORTS!

We are being RAILROADED guys! Trad mods are, as we speak, getting thier input into reports from OUR AREA.

I DEMAND this be looked into and the proper action taken!

Doc is abusing his position to push for me to get banned. I am encouraging all the Progs to go to this link and fight this injustice and blatant violation of our new rule!

These are the assigned mods who are free to comment in our area and help work our reports:

We specifically made a sticky saying NO TRAD SDA MODS ALLOWED to comment in and help work our reports!

Announcement Regarding the Progressive SDA Sub-forum


During the elections, it was decided that only Progressive and non-SDA mods would work in the Progressive sub-forum. With Lee's reforms, all of that was put on hold while we worked on training and adjusted to the changes. The Traditional SDA mods filled in during that time, but they were aware that things would most likely change eventually.

Although the moderator elections and subsequent forum assignments of the post-777 period are no longer applicable under the new system, part of our job as administrators is to assign moderators to each forum and sub-forum who will be well-suited to working in those areas. Because of all of the conflict that has been going on lately, we believe that it would be in everyone's best interests to change the moderator assignments for the Progressive Seventh-day Adventist sub-forum.

Therefore, from now on, all reports from the Progressive SDA sub-forum will be handled by non-SDA moderators, and eventually we hope to recruit some Progressive SDA staff members as well. The Traditional SDA moderators will still work the reports from the other SDA areas.

Unfortunately, the software coding requires that staff members who are listed in the main forum be listed in the sub-forums as well, so we can't technically remove the names of the Traditional SDA mods from the official staff list in the Progressive sub-forum. Thus, we have posted a sticky thread there with the names of the moderators who will be working the reports from the Progressive sub-forum. This list will be updated as necessary.

There have also been some discussions in the SDA forum and sub-forums, by both Progressives and Traditionals, about splitting the SDA forum completely. However, this is not currently a viable option because Letalis has informed us that a group needs a minimum of 20 members in order to qualify for its own congregational forum.

Under this new plan, even though it will remain in the SDA congregational area, the Progressive SDA sub-forum will retain its independence from the main SDA forum's FSGs and be allowed to make its own forum-specific guidelines.

This is an administrative decision based on the needs of the SDA forum and sub-forums. We believe that the climate here makes it too difficult for a Traditional SDA to work in the Progressive SDA sub-forum and vice versa. We pray that this step will help to alleviate some of the tension among the SDA members.

But of course, nothing would make you happier, so naturally you could care less that it is in our rules and that it is even now being violated. So that means you are either blind or you are willingly ignoring the section in our rule which clearly states this.

Night calm down, you misread, as it says that any reports in the SDA forum other than the Prog forum will be handled by the SDA mods.......

Honor, get out of my face for the last time. You are in here to do nothing but cause trouble and bait. You know your views are going to get a strong response, and then you turn around cry and spite-report when the appropriate reaction is given to you.

You refuse to just stay in your own area. I warned you that if the reports kept coming in either by you or your accomplice, I would take action. I just got two more. So, I am done with holding back my report finger.

Red, Doc's post where he barged into my report thread and pushed for me to be banned has just been deleted by one of the non-SDA mods.

Good Day, Prog. SDA members

The issue to which Night refers is an unfortunate issue indeed. What he said is true there was a report in which A Trad. SDA mod posted, which was clearly out side the rules as Night posted here. I am the no-SDA mod who deleted that post, as the manager of the SDA (Trad. and Prog) forums. The issue with the staff member will be handled with in the rules that govern staff that are under my guidance. I can assure you I in no way support such behavior and will do my / our best to see that it does not happen again

I have only been here a short time, and I know there has been a historically high tension on both sides of this forum. There are some new staff members here on the team with me. It is my intention to see that both sides are treated fairly with in the guidelines of CF. I would ask that you stop and pray for your “modding” team, and try to set your tension aside as we work though the issues on the SDA forum.
