Hate to spoil everyone's fun, but ostriches are birds, and birds are not real, therefore ostriches are not real. Mods, please close this thread.

In a junior high school science class, we were given an assignment to dissect frogs. I told the teacher I wasn't particularly interested in frogs, I want to dissect a bird. She gave me the flimsy excuse that they only had dead frogs, no dead birds. Uh-huh. How convenient. That's when I began to realize the truth.I'm jealous. If I'd tried to carry the banner that birds, obviously, are not real, I would've gotten no reaction. People wouldn't even have bothered to check on my mental health. Though I know things like this going viral are, for the most part, random, it's still a fascinating phenomenon I'd love to understand.
