Why are we condemned if Adam and Eve disobey God? Are we are innocent until proven guilty? If we are born if a sinful nature, and we did not chose it, how can we still be at fault, aren't we judged before we commited a act?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sin passed to all men because sin is in the world , creation has been corrupted . Its like if you were born with a genetic disorder because of your parents . You didnt cause it , but the effects of the sin are represent in you .jinkazama said:

Sin is any trangression of Gods laws and by the time we reach the age of accountability , we have sinned many many times and understand that we have . We have a conscience that tells us right from wrong by either excusing our actions or convicting us for them . That is why we wont have an excuse before God .
No , having the nature , doesnt mean committing an act. However , one transgression of Gods law = breaking them all . One sin , and one is lost . Do you think you have not committed even one?

Christ never sinned . He lived a perfect life and perfection is the requirement to get into heaven . What happens is that Christ gives you HIS perfection and that is what gets you into heaven . By being able to admit your way is not Gods way , you will be exchanging your dead in sin life , for His alive perfect life and that is what God looks at . Its nothing we can do or earn .
The law is for the knowledge of sin and to understand our need for His grace because we can look at it and see we cannot perfectly follow it , thats why we instead abide in Christ . There is no condemnation for those in Christ.
Does that mean we will never sin again? No , it means sin is not charged to us anymore , because Christ already paid what we owe. Christ whose spirit indwells us when we become believers , will work within our hearts to help us overcome sin in our lives and that process will continue untill we die physically .
Romans 5: 12. Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned
13. (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
