Just a quick reply. First of all, if you read the Constitution, the legistalure, not the executive, has the power to make laws (on social issues and other). The executive is to enforce those laws, not make them.
As for "baby killing" AKA abortion, the answer is a Constitutional amendment outlawing it, then a judge can not strike down laws restricting it. How come none of the so-called pro-LIFE politicians have proposed this amendment?
We voted for Kerry primarily because Bush gave up the chase for Bid Laden to go after Saddam. Had he continued the first objective with full attention we would have Osama by now. A Godly man needs to admit his mistakes.
