Open Your Eyes

Open your eyes and see that the world is not so gray!
Open your eyes and see the sun shining down on you!

Do you not hear the bird singing?
Do you not smell the flowers blooming?
Can you not taste the goodness of the Lord?

Open your eyes and know there is hope!
Open your eyes and know there is a future!

Just open your eyes!

Be not afraid of those things going on around you!
For the Lord is with you and none can stand against Him!
Be not afraid, for the Lord is a mighty fortress!
For we can take refuge in Him, so be not afraid!

Open your eyes and know that there is One who loves you!
Open your eyes and know that He seeks to help you, if you’d let Him!

Just open your eyes!

Do you not know that the Lord has a plan to give you, a hope and a future!
Do you not know that there is nothing that can separate you from the love of God?
Do you not know that you can rest in His Hands, for none can snatch you from there?

Open your eyes!
Be not afraid!
For there is indeed hope for those who trust in the Lord!
