I thought this was really good. For me, probably number 1 and 14 are where I struggle.

What areas of speech do you need to pray about/work on? Good food for thought...

and let the people renew strength!
Let them come near, then let them speak;
let us come near together for judgment.

As I was considering the OP, this one came to mind.

That speaks to me. In silence we are renewed and in the silence we can better hear God.

Luke 5:15-16 Yet the news about him spread all the more, so that crowds of people came to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed.
