In our family it will be 2 boys and 3girls ( I also had a boy and a girl I gave up for adoption).

My 3 year old daughter cried becuase it isn't a girl-- but I told her she could help me shop Daddy said-- "I wouldn't worry about that...what are the chances we won't have another"

Wow another boy! Congrats! I just can't believe how many women are having boys, every pregnant woman I know is having a boy and the lady in Mimi's maternity store the other day said every customer she had that day was having a boy. I think something is in the water!

Oh yeah-- his name is Andrew Samuel. I have to start calling him that all the time--becuase I kinda don't like it- but I think if I just get used to it it will grow on me.

We went and bought him a little creeper today at Target with a gift card we had. That was kinda neat.

usually that's how it goes. when i had Emily everyone around me was having a girl or had already had a baby girl in the past 6 months.

Believe me, Ron and I went through several drafts of the name. Ethan won out partly because it doesn't have any stupid nicknames...which kept getting us stuck.

The baby won't be here for a while, pick another name.

Emily went thru 3 other names...first I had decided Olivia, Ben hated it so we changed it to Taylor, but my new cousin was born after we picked it out and her name is Kaylen Taylor, then Emilia and I decided I didn't like that too well..and we finally settle on Emily (which is kinda another version of Emilia but so much prettier)....Hubby wanted to change her name to Abigail..not only did I not like it, but after all the names we had already been through I would have probably forgot her name if we changed it yet again

we also changed her middle name..but only once, after we had Emily picked out we had decided Grace for her middle name but then I had another baby cousin born and her name is Katelyn Grace...so we changed it to MaKenzie which is what it is today. Naming Emily was a long hard process lol.

It'a a family name- and it's very important to my husband and his mom. Everything in my life is all about everyone else.


I don't really want to have a baby at all-- so perhaps as I emerge from my intense denial, I will like his name better
