I did it again. Yes I did. Me. I can hardly believe I did it. Not again. Oh no! LOL. I signed up for eharmony again...the second time. I got a nice deal online though so it only cost me $30 for 3 months. I didn't find that too bad. So here I am, or there I am.

I just wanted to say that their personality profile is VERY accurate. At least I found this to be true of me. I'm a little shocked actually at how accurate they are on this. It fits me to a T and I never thought that there was a "list" to describe me...that there might be others out there like me! LOL!

So anyway....here I go again.

Never found you any matches...or any that wanted to communicate? I find that I find matches but that most won't communicate because of distance. And the ones that want to I am not interested in or they don't last long. The last time I was on eharmony I met a guy and we dated for a couple of months but it wasn't meant to be God is good.

I no longer use the pay sites, but I have actually talked to some girls on OKcupid, which is better than I ever had on Match... (And is pretty good for me)

There was one guy who actually was cordial enough to say because of the distance between us, he opted not to start communicate.

I appreciated that. I don't know why but I did.

I did use E-harmony for a while and I did date someone who I think by all measurable tests and personalities fit with me well.

There was just very little chemistry there for me. We where better friends then we would be bf/gf. She was a good person and I would recommend her to others. I feel bad that I took a little while to end it. I sort of wanted it to develop into something, and our personilities meshed. But I finally realized they only meshed for friends.

The bad thing is that I think some people in E-harmony are overly selective and often in order to come up with contacts once they run out of people in your area they will expand VERY far out. I met someone on there and we talked and would have.

But overall I think if you are gonna pay for a site, then go with E-harmony at least for a little while.

I'm on a 3 month thingie with Eharmony right now, too. I think their "matching" system is complete crap, because they match you based on your religion and barely anything else, and give no consideration for interests, hobbies, intelligence, etc. Half of my "matches" don't even capitalize their own names. But they're matched with me because they're Christians who don't smoke. Whoopty doo, that isn't a match, IMO lol.

I get 5-10 matches a day, but so far, nobody's really piqued my interest. I'm kinda sorry I did it. I could've used the money for better things.

I've started a few so far....but haven't got past the first sets of questions and such...one of us always ends it. But at least it helps weed them out better. I just wish it gave more matches because I get some and then have to wait awhile. And even though it is online...lots won't do distance.

Its a good thing in the end because I'm with Melissa and she's far better then I ever would have thought or expected, but I did meet a girl on there and we where both kind of interested in eachother and got to the talking stage. The problem was she was in Missouri and I was in Indiana and we never really talked for long enough to think about visiting one another.
