Nah! We have two daughters and Liz spent a total of about 3 1/2 hours in labor, 2 for the first and 1 1/2 for the second.

Hi folks, in a nut shell an tryin not to make this long winded (yah right) I met my wife in San Antone an spent a couple of weeks wit er an the kids, then I took my FIL out on the truck. I'd been out for two months witout the "comfort" of my wife so I should imagine it was one of those boo boo's.

The bit bout wether we go for jes three er four isn't my desicion, I'm sorry I left that impression, it's of course up to the both of us, but she's not happy wit the "odd ball figure" as she called it. So she'd like rounded figures of four. Might as well, I'm biddin on a new vehicle an goin to have the house added on to might as well go for four I spose.

I had always wanted 12 kids mysef... I love large faimlies buuuuuuuuttttt... the more we look at where we are in life, how we cain't manage what we have now etc, 12 is jes not goin to happen... sides I'm gittin a bit old anyways. If I had a 100 acres, no money worries etc etc I'd be ... erm.. gittin Mrs.A2J to spit em out left an right.. sadly though, that type of lifestyle jes doesn't really work in this day an age.. not to mention I'm gone all the time an that makes my wife a single parent far to often.

The interestin thin... we'll actually git to see if what we *think* to be of God actually comes true. My 5 year daughter came up to my wife jes a couple nights ago an patted er belly an said "God jes told me your goin to have a baby an it's goin to be a girl an er name is goin to be Rachel" My wife, not thinkin anythin of it jes dismissed er an I didn't find out bout this til yeserday. Well I was gittin some work done on my big truck an while I was waitin I was sittin on a curb an heard this small still voice (forgive the pun etc) that simply said, the babies name is Rachel. Then lil while later I called my wife an told er, the babies name is Rachel. I could literally hear er jaw drop on the phone an she says to me, " You know DD said ^ an I didn't think anythin of it, now you say this.... bout a month ago I had a dream an I had a baby girl an we named er Rachel."

Now Rachel is NOT a name I particularly care for, infact I rejected it on my daughter, but I'll be derned if'n I'm goin to argue wit THIS MUCH pointin to the name.

Now if'n we have a boy then all bets are off, but if'n this lil booger pops out as a girl then by golley er name is Rachel hehe

I know here in CC there are all manner of "denominations" an some don't believe you can actually hear from God, an others who don't believe in prophecy etc etc, but I do believe you can hear from God an I have many times over, an I also believe in prochey even today an I'll patiently stand by an watch God be God amen?

Some of the posts make me remember - one of my mother's friends when I was growing up had 12 children. I was in middle school when she was pregnant with her youngest. One evening my parents had them over for dinner - my mom asked Ann how she was feeling. Ann's answer - I was feeling really good until the other day when Bob mentioned I was entering my 9th year of pregnancy.

I was all set to post a simple "You da man" until I read this post. My one and only pregnancy, I was convinced I was having a girl, and I chose her name to be Rachel. No doubt in my mind at all. A girl named Rachel.

Was I ever surprised when I had a boy! I named him Brian, which means strong. I felt like, in the world we live in today, a person needs to be strong!

So, iffin' it ain't a girl, and if it's a boy, you gotta name him Brian!
