I am 18 years old... I will be 19 on the first....

Kol is 28 years old...

There is a 9 1/2 year age difference but that doesn't matter.... Age doesn't matter when there is love...

I love him with all my heart. I have prayed and I know God has planned this for my life.

So yeah... I am young but I don't think that it matters and neither does my family.

Well the store called today and said the ring was on sale for $250 but I don't even have the gas money to get to the store, let alone buy the ring.

It's tough being in college and not having any money, and to me a ring is just a symbol. Kind of like when, at the end of Dumbo, Dumbo realizes he doesn't really need the feather to fly. But for a girl, losing your ring would be more important than a magical feather, I'm sure...

Sorry Kol - when you are starting out life is tough....

Not wanting to sound like a cheap skate......but, have you looked at cubic zirconium - it would take an experienced gemologist or geologist to tell the difference between that and diamond.

Or maybe a more rare gem (more rare than diamond) such as emerald, or similar gems - still cheaper than diamonds.

Personnally, I prefer gem stones to diamonds. My all time favourite is alexandrite - absolutely beautiful....but I digress.

I love emeralds... They are my Birthstone and my favorite color but nothing can take the place of the ring that Kol bought for me... That ring has more sentimental value than anything else....

The engagement ring really fits in with the wedding ring. It actually sets down in the middle of it. We would have to really get a very similar ring.

I completely agree... It was a perfect ring set for me... I can't believe I lost it... I feel so horrible for loosing it....

I do agree that we would have to get a similar ring in order to make the set complete...
