From the TerraArmy General's Journal:
January 2028: The day of the nuculear war was devasting. As the first bombs fell, the soldiers rushed away as many civilians as possible. The bomb shelters were always to full, leaving no room for some. All we can do is hope that they find some shelter to protect them...the nuculear radiation could do massive damage to the bodies of a normal human being...
March 2030: Two years have passed since the Nuculear War of 2028. We have opened the steel doors of the bunkers and were stunned by the damage...rubble of buildings, bridges blow up. But still, the buildings provided a roof. But I had to waste the soldiers to guard the buildings...20 soldiers for 1 building...outrageous, but it was for saftey.
August 2030: A group of teenagers were wandering about after curfew, breaking one of the most important rules...I might add, had spotted a spectacular event. A teenager like themselves, was walking around, the group had hidden in the bushes to watch him. The mysterious teenager was heading towards an 18-Wheeler truck, what happened next scared the teenagers out of their minds. The kids claim to have seen him pick up the truck with his two hands and throw it at a nearby building that was empty. The teens fled in terror toward the shelters to tell their tale.
November 2030: A few months since the 1st sighting, a 2nd one had been seen. A young girl, around 13 or 14, was climbing an electricity pole during a thunderstorm. She stood perfectly still right on the top and raised her hands, in a few minutes, a single lightning bolt hit her straight on, but she didn't even flinch, the massive energy disappeared into her, and she jumped from the pole. She aimed her hand at a tree and a bolt of energy burst from her hand, lighting the tree ablaze.
May 2031: Sightings have been happening in mass numbers ever since the 1st and the 2nd. The 3rd who had scaley skin with super-human agility. The 4th had wings and could emitt a sonic-screech that shatters glass and stuns the human nervous system. The 5th could egnite himself into a walking fireball. The 6th could morph into a walking iceman. The 7th had the abilities to use Phsy blasts and conjur Phsy Shields. The 8th had the abilities to move objects and conjure objects with her mind. I've made a desision, these mutated freaks have to be stopped. I've sent the soldiers who weren't guarding buildings to find and eleminate these mutants.
Let Operation TerraPhoenix Begin.

2.Keep the violence PG, no major blood and gore issues!!
3.Yes, anybody who wishes to be a TerraSoldier will have
a gun, but no rocket launchers or some devasting weapon
like that. This is the future though, so more weapons will
have been created. (More on that later)
4.Yes, you can create your own super power if you'd like,
BUT, i'll look at the power first to see if it wont be a
godmodding power.
5.You better be reading these rules, because having to read
these rules, IS A RULE!
6.Only one person will be able to actually be a TerraSoldier,
BUT, be on the mutant side, but the TerraArmy has no clue
that he is a double agent. (That one person is me)
7.NO WHINING THAT SOME POWERS ARE TAKEN.

You are allowed more than one character. The max is two, one mutant and one soldier. I'm sticking with one soldier only. The plot is mainly 8 mutants trying to escape the TerraArmy with the double agent who leads them, Luetnient Drake Alexander. There are still rivers and oceans and forests, not as much as there used to be, but they're still there. The time the TerraArmy actually sets off to find the mutants WAY later, in 2050 actually. Buildings have been remade, population has increased again, improved hover vehicals have been made. The kids live in an abandoned campground way out in the middle of the largest remaining forest. It has food, water source, and cabins. Ok, thats all I got to say, post your characters here and, i'll look em over.
Since its the future, more weapons have been developed. The weapons that were created would be...
A Fusion Pistol, which fires a thin red lazer line that can burn holes into a steel block.
A Fusion Rifle, which fires a bigger red lazer line than a Fusion Pistol.
Be imaginative for some more, but nothing to devasting, keep it to a limit.
