Just a heads up, my computer is sort of dying so it's going to be hard for me to get on for a while

You know I hadn't given much thought to that until yesterday. My initial thought was that they'd have their own house, like at a air force base. But that wouldn't be much fun, so I was thinking having a big house for the guys to live in and another for the girls. That would still be kinda seperate though. Or we could do dorm/ apartment style kinda like on X-men.

What do you guys think we should do with it? Houses, dorms, or apartments?

Sorry this took so long. Here's my character. Isabel Gaits

I thought with those powers she could not only fight other mutants but could also become a sort of mutant criminal profiler. Of course, that's a ways off considering she doesn't have much control over her powers at the moment, but it's something to think about for the future. Let me know if she's all right!

power: Lightening or electricity in general. Her control over electricity can give her the ability (once she has mastered all other parts of it) to travel at speeds close to that of light, though it expends a great deal of energy. Also, she can use the electrity to hover above the ground and shoot herself in a direct with some accuracy, though it's not truely flying. These finer points will not be available to her for a while, though.

Bio: She was born near the close of the war,so she was in the last period of children born with the mutation. Her parents had always had hopes that she would be one of the children who did not recieve the mutaion, but a blood test when shewas 4 proved that she had in fact been affected.

Her parents decided not to tell her about her abilities, and her whole life they ytold her how unfortunate and cursed the children who were touched by the mutations were. They told her that they were so glad she was normal and that she should be too. However, she always gfelt that a part of her lifewas missing. Then, one day, she got really mad at her parents for not letting her go to a school dance, and as she yelled, the lights began to flicker. Then, as her emotions peaked, all the bulb exploded. She was shocked, and her parnts were appalled. They hadn't considered that she might figure her powers out on her own. She demanded that they take her for a blood test, but they refused. But it was done. Now she knew what she was. She was angry that her parents had hidden her ability from her, but she figured they had done it to protect her. After all, they loved her.

One night, she was out on a ate with her boyfriend, and they saw a man being mugged. She wantd to help, but there was nothing she could do. They just continued on by. She wished that she could learn to use her powers so that she could help those in need. Then, she got the letter. The government wanted her to attend an academy where she could legally develope her powers. Shewould have to fight for the government, but in return, she would recieve her college education on a complete scolarship!! Also, she'd get a nice lump a cash to put in the bank.

At first her parents were against the idea, but when she told them about the scolarship, they agreed.

Soo... I guess she's at the school now??

Personality: She kinda preppy, but she really likes to skate board and surf. She loves the mall and seems to always be happy. She's a complete optomist, glass half full kind of girl.

And yeah, the characters are at the school now. Or you could do a post of them before they get to the school if you want. You can have them enter any way you want. They can meet with an agent, be in the commons room, or wherever.

I haven't decided on a living situation yet, so if you guys have ideas on how you'd like it let me know. Group houses, apartments or dorm style like in X-Men movies.

Cool, yeah I like the idea of them all living in a kind of dorm situation. Or even somewhat of a compound with a training ground. Since they're going to be training using some pretty intense powers, they'll need the space. What do you think?

Yeah, I'm thinking I like the dorm idea. That way they can have a cafeteria type dining room as well as the commons area to have interaction in. How about the main floor houses the cafeteria, commons room and offices of the agents in charge/ teachers. The second floor has dorms for the women. The third floor is the dorms for the men.

Then in seperate buildings around the grounds there's various classrooms and gyms for training. And a large swimming pool and basketball courts outside just for the fun of it.

Sure you can. The game is here http://www.christianforums.com/t5548375. The first thing you need to do is come up with a character and write a quick bio. Post it either here or in the character section or both. Include the name, ability, physical description and a short history and/or personality description of your character. (If you want help coming up with a character let me know.)

Then you can start posting on the game. It's like writing a story except you can only write about your character, what he/she does, says or is thinking. So if your character is meeting another character for the first time you can't say "he shook her hand" you could only say "he extended his hand for a handshake" and the player of the other character would decide whether or not their character would take your characters hand for a handshake.

You can read the posts that have been written so far to see where the story is and get an idea of how to post on it.

Name : Caitlyn Marsen.

Age: 17

Mutation: super speed and agility.

Appearance: about 5'2" and slender, with pale blond hair cut off at chin length. fine-boned, but not really pretty. wears whatever she grabs first in her closet, which usually means jeans and a t-shirt, and an old pair of runners.

Personality: Caitlyn is intense; she does everything with lots of energy and usually not very much common sense. She tend to disregard rules and orders, feigning nonchalance when called on it. She has a fierce, if rather black and white sense of justice, and has little patience for following the rules of engagement. She's also addicted to adrenaline, and will take almost any risk she can think of for the fun of it. For that reason she joined the mutant FBI, on the basis that they were guaranteed to do something exciting sooner or later.
