It's google email with an added bonus of having a built in chatting service on the far left of the emailing system. It works like AIM or MSN but you don't HAVE to install anything, making it easy to access anywhere you are. It also saves chats and emails in a HUGE data space, so you are unlikely to ever run out of space.
