uh? what i meant was, as players, we all know Kaelin is an elf, but the characters do not know because they've never seen him. Consider the position Kaelin comes at, unless Wymite knows by smell or sound or any other indication that gives him reason to suspect, he wouldn't know Kaelin is an elf (coz Kaelin comes up to him from behind).
Wymite grimaced when he realized the same trick he had pulled on the rude soldier had been played on him. His first instinct was to swiftly elbow the elf in the face, but he realized that there was no way to accomplish that task from the current position without killing the hostage. Out of the corner of his eye, Wymite saw the irritating Bat Turtle, daring to laugh at him when her own faults were much more glaring.
no where did it say
how Wymite came to the conclusion that Kaelin was an elf. Now if Mega did explain but it wasn't what Bus planned as an aspect of Kaelin the character.. the safer course is to assume that Wymite has no idea whether Kaelin be dragon, dwarf or sea monster. Provided that Wymite has yet to come face to face with this guy.
wait a sec, another thought just came to my slow brain. There's a difference between the author writing as a voice from the outside versus writing as a character. If we write as a character, then we write according to the knowledge of the character.
back to the RPG though:
Maybe just ask if they're doing anything illegal, ask if they've seen the prince, and go home.
what does Wymite know about Drogo and Veslor? (and one minor thing, Intelligence only recruited Veslor. Drogo kind of came onto the scene due to his curiosity, so if Wymite got his information from someone targeting Intelligence activities, then he wouldn't know anything about Drogo. He probably knows Drogo's name, given the excuse that maybe his contact has given him a list of names of those who are going to the mansion)
and does Wymite know anything about Veslor's mission, hence the prince? um, i suppose it comes down to the specific information that Wymite received, which is up to you, Mega.
