CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I had a customer call on the phone the yesterday, wanting the Powerball numbers.MMXII said:

I used to work at a store that had almost no customers during my shift, so, primarily my job was to set up displays, and I loved doing that.
It makes me think that once all of my kids are back in school, looking for doing part-time display work might not be a bad idea.

We have a lot of leaves outside, I am still in jammies, and my kids and I have been dancing to some really good Christ Contemp on KLOV this morning.....I wanted to put the boom box outside, and go dance in the leaves, but the neighbors might have really thought me nuts with the jammies and all. I love FALL!

Hi FM!! Love you girl! Missed visiting - I just got home. When my kids were teens, they used to bring their music outside (Christian Rock) and play it really loud and all the neighborhood kids were outside dancing and singing to it. Cool...good memories!
