I’m interested in obtaining a PhD in Biblical Studies. Does anybody know of any good Universities that have online programs?

And I'd be surprised if a reputable PhD could be done 100% online.

Here is an Orthodox PhD program that is mostly online. You'd have to visit the US twice a year though.
