I tried it a year ago. Seemed like an OK game but I didn't like playing it in a postage stamp window with ad banners flashing. Most agree that KO www.knight-online.com is the best free mmo out right now. Other than that, www.Eternal-Lands.com is pretty good and www.planeshift3d.com is coming along pretty good. They are worth checking out too imo.

Regular, offline games consume too much of my time as it is. I can't imagine how addicted I'd become with online games.

That game is not addicting, it just plain outdated. It is really ******, if you want even a halfway decent free game, play Infantry from SOE, it is pretty cool although subscribers get a little bit more than guests (like Runescape). Or, you can be smart, and just pay for something like World of WarCraft or EverQuest so you can have no friends outside the game and lose your life. =p

Online games don't work too well for me. I always hate waiting until I'm a high enough level to do things, so I often find myself in situations that I can't handle. In single player RPG's that usually isn't too bad, cause I reload a save game and know to wait until I'm a higher level. Online games there is too much at risk and I get really annoyed when I mess up. Plus, I hate the people that that is all they do, and they easily screw over all the newbies.

Easy answer, play CoH. Serious fun for the first 20 lvl's. It's a grind after that but you will wind up with a whole lot of low lvl chars as everyone else does in that game. Best fun in an MMO from lvl 1-20 by far. If it was as much fun post lvl 20 I'd still have my face glued to my CRT for sure. It's still a new game so it may get even better; one to watch.

What are you talking about? World of Warcraft it totally free! Just play on a Korean server! The rest of you are just getting ripped off.
