  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Please continue to pray for my sister as far as a job, and that her unemployment benefits come through, God's will be done.

Also, pray for my church, and its pastor and elders. I've been invited by the pastor to be a visitor at the church's board meetings, with potential for being voted in. Our church is going through transition. The intent is to bring in a 2nd, more contemporary service, and some of the seniors are feeling excluded. Pray that we minister one to another both in groups and individually, while excluding no one. May we keep our focus on why we're at church in the first place, which is to worship you Lord, and not forsake fellowship. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Hi, my name is Bethany and I have been dizzy/intoxicated for almost 4 years now. Have been to doctors and am going to a Neurologist within the next month. I am asking for prayer please for answers, healing, and spiritual, emotional, and physical well being. I have suffered so much emotionally bc of this issue..even my marriage has been going through an rough patch for a while now and I get no support from him as Im going through all of this. I also would like you to pray for that-him to support me, love me, and help me through this time and hopefully I will be living a happier healthier life soon. Thanks for all the prayers in advance fellow Christians. I love you all and wish you a happy life. Please feel free to email me. I could use some encouragement in these time.
