But cows are not fun to shoot as to where buffalo are really cool to shoot.

But a buffalo once roamed the plains and have a really nice hide. I have a buffalo hide out in the garage and it is very comfortable to lay on when camping but I want a bigger one.

Also a buffalo head will look better on my wall than a cows head does. When friends come over I do not want them laughing at the cows head on my wall. What's next, mounting a chicken?

That would be one huge mount. The jackalope is a better conversation starter and doesn't take up much room.
