A dreamland of heaven without jaded thought,
where butterflies are free,
their colors uncaught;
With milk oceans to see,
fresh air to breathe;
Countless flowers and trees,
fragrancing the soft whispering breeze.

The whole poem helped to shape my mood for finding my characters outfit, however these lines in particular stood out. Butterflies free, their colours uncaught ..... so often people want us to fit their idea of how we should be. I always think back to years of studying geography back at school and having to colour in maps of the world; getting in trouble for letting the colours run outside the lines ..... and so for years i've thought of not fitting peoples ideas as not colouring within the lines. Butterflies are free to be who they are ...... unless someone catches them in a net - just as others want to catch us in a net .....

I am me, and the one who loves me most - who is God - allows me to be me and accepts me here and now ...... I can dance freely in his love

I also need fresh air to breathe .... new things, new life, the life i now have in God -- i know .... the writer may have been thinking of a different kind of romance but for me the poem speaks of the freedom i have in Christ - not held down by anything or anyone else, but free in His love.

I am flying across his glorious creation, rejoicing in the work of His hands ...... wow .... the countless flowers and trees, and how sweet the fragrance on that breeze
