Ahhhh. Definition: Pavlova is a meringue dessert named after the ballet dancer, Anna Pavlova. It is crispy on the outside but light and fluffy inside.

It's a traditional dessert over here in NZ, Roadmap. Very rich....a small slice is sufficient.
