I really don't understand what the OP is attempting to say.

Oil, as other commodities and stocks, are traded on a market of buyers and sellers. If more people want to buy than sell, then they go up. If more people want to sell than buy, then they go down. There are also speculators in the mix who are looking for a quick buck.

There is no conspiracy in these markets, and they certainly aren't criminal. It's the free market at work.

Er.. huh? I think this means for many days now, the price of oil per barrel has been fluctuating by 5% every hour. Right?

I don't really get what the next sentence means. But go ahead and answer your question.

NATO's oil was explained here long ago
The day oil prices set records daily the latest in 2004 was explained here long ago (April 1999) :
http://www.matt-marriott.faithweb.com/reason/oil_reserves.html

And when that day came, in May 2004, the castle of cards started collapsing.
The moment where the
truth about the last hope (Saudi Arabia) of the islamo-NATziO alliance couldn't be hidden any more :

http://engforum.pravda.ru/showthread.php3?threadid=78490

As the NATO sheeple accepted the mark of the beast (October 3 to November 2, 2004) the islamo-NATziO alliance took the opportunity to place oil in the markets BELOW production costs. One last desperate move to gain extra-extra time

British Airways is to suspend its flights between London Heathrow and Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia from March 27, 2005.

Robert Boyle, British Airways’ director of commercial planning, said: “The decision to suspend flights between the UK and Saudi Arabia is a difficult one to make as we have enjoyed a long history of flying between the two countries. However, the routes don’t currently make a profitable contribution to our business and we are unable to sustain them while this remains the case.

The market fluctuates rapidly because many trades are computer generated as in "my computer can beat up your computer." Does it matter? The fluctuations don't change firm contracts. The purpose of the commodity contracts is to provide a firm price at a future date for the manufacturer who will use the commodity - not to make money for private investors.

Software is used to support fraud in the second time frame.
But it has no effect in the five minute intra-day time frame represented in this graphic.
