CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

82 pages of Ohioans! WHOOOOWEEE this is an Ohio Site,LOL! Lorain here and Cedar Point is way more famous than Kings Island. When it gets below freezing,it is movie and book time for me,no outdoorsy stuff.

I know I'm weird, but I just love the colder weather and snow here in Southwestern Ohio. I wouldn't want to live up north, where it's a little too much. Now, if I could just find someone to shovel my snow, it would be perfect.

Any of you attend Far Hills Community Church in Montgomery County?? I have been attending there for over two years, and every service I have attended, I have felt like pastor John picked the message for my ears and heart. Check it out if you are in the area, or make a trip one Sunday, it is truly a great church.

Anyway COPLEYAH....HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU TOO...and today, and advent, and Christmas....oh well.
We had a great Thanksgiving with 17 ppl all round the tables.
