CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well...yes...they do have spiders that catch birds in the North of Australia Real. I actually forget the name of them. But they are scary...

Well, if they are as big as a bloomin' HEAD, no wonder they freak people out. Imagine the damage they could do if one landed on your head? You can keep them right where they are, thank you very much!

if you hate spiders then dont come to australia... lol, sydney has the funnel web spider, which is one of the deadliest spiders in the world. Brisbane has all sorts of spiders too many to name.. lol adalaide has white tip spiders, nasty lil things these are, they bite you and leave bacteria in the wound and can cause gangreen if not treated quick enough. people have lost fingers etc because of them, and they hide in your bed!! this is true i found one in my bed when i used to live in adelaide, so always make your bed as tight as you can if you live in adelaide...

oh the biggest spiders are in queensland, ive had a huntsman bigger than the size of a CD on my head..... that creeped me out BIG time!
and redbacks, well theyre everywhere.. lol and the daddylong legs (dont kill these they eat redbacks)
