  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Be sure to credit AI when copying and pasting AI sources. Link to the site of the AI search, just like linking to an article.

Oh, help!

I suppose this is an obvious question, but I simply can't figure it out. I would like to download some of these talks at this site: http://www.covlife.org/tools/sermons.php
Whenever I click the links, it opens in the Real Player, which won't let me save them. If I right-click, it won't let me click "save target as..." What should I do? Do I need another player? I have Windows Media Player already.

I just went to the link you provided and it allowed me to use the "Save As" function when right clicking the actual MP3 files.

If your trying to save a stream, you usually can't save those. If you're opening the MP3 files automatically in you mediaplayer, it usually saves it in a temp folder under your user name if you're using XP or 2000.

Hope it helps - Peace

have you tried using a download manager like Download Accelerator Plus.
once installed when you right click on the mp3 link there should be an option 'Download With DAP' just click that and it should work.

hope it helps
Thanks, I'll try that!
I've had a million and one problems with real player...I really hate the thing.

When I right-click on the link, it won't let me click "save target as". I think I'm going to get rid of real player and see if that helps!
