CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The only thing wrong with this thread is that I want to read the whole thing and I am supposed to be making a lot of posts so I can get my # of replies up but now I am distractd and won't be able to do that so I will only have a few replies and i won't be able to put any in the bank or have a good job i'll always be a private and that's just ukky and I want more out of life than preivate hood but this thread is distracting me its all your fault thread i could succee without you but now I am stuck here reading page after page of mindless chatter that often is really witty but keeps me from the task at handwhateverwill i do you are driving me crazy but now i am addicted and cannot stop can some one help me i really need help i need to look at more mindless drift arg!

Work can be realy irritating when 50 people think they're your boss. It's even more irritating if your real boss encourages them

I'm glad I don't work with a ton of other office people. I work for a construction firm. This office building has 5 total offices, one conference room, a lobby and 2 restrooms. There is normally one other person in this building besides me full time. One of the other offices has someone in it about 40% of the time. The other 2 offices less than 10% of the time. So most of the time it's me and one other person.
We do have about 60 employees out in the construction field.
