Orthodox Christians everywhere begin Great Lent after the Forgiveness Sunday Vespers this evening. It is our custom today to ask forgiveness of all those we might have injured, or offended, or been indifferent to, or cold in any way, that by imitating Christ in his capacity to forgive, we can enter the Great Fast with more humility and more love for our brethren.
Thus I ask you, members of one of the forums that I moderate, to forgive me any offense I may have caused you, either as moderator or as a poster, by thought, word or by deed, by omission or commission.
May God richly bless all of you!
