CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hi everyone...I've sure missed this thread the past few days...
I'm not feeling super wonderful...all prayers appreciated...the Lord knows my needs...and He is sufficient!
now...no one go getting themselves gonged replying to this...LOL
You all are such sweet and gentle peopleand have been blessings to me many times over!
Sure hope your feeling better now and no one else is catching it.
Something bad is going around, I had it last week and now my daughter has it. No fun!!! Hey, it's pretty much spring aren't these bugs supposed to be gone 'till next fall? *wishful thinking*

Sarah Brightman - my favorite song is Figlia Perduto - she's a contemporary/opera singer with the most gorgeous voice.
My husband always gets us good tickets to her shows.
We saw 2 of her concerts here in Anaheim and San Diego and was never more impressed. Breathtaking.
