Odd, weird things...

I thought it'd be fun to share what weird odd things we hear (or see) that makes us fall asleep or do something that's not normal for us.

For example....I *love* the sound of lawn mowers.....and the minute I hear them, I'd get very very sleepy. And it occurred to me just last week that I ought to record that sound to help me sleep at bedtime!

When someone reads to me I get very sleepy. I know this was probably good when I was a kid but it still works.

When I was a baby, my parents would take me for a ride in the car to get me to go to sleep. Yes, riding in a car can put me to sleep - FAST. I have to be careful when I'm driving...

I always sneeze twice before falling asleep. I can toss and turn and lay in bed for hours, but once I sneeze I know I'll be out real quick.
