Did anyone see the interview on NBC last night? I understand her views on being pro-life when it came to her embryos but 14 children! That and they have no father. Poor kids I wonder what theie lives are going to be like...

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

no, i didn't see the interview. how many children she has isnt the problem. the fact that she has 14 children age 7 and under and 8 babies that need to be taken care of..thats a huge problem. i sure hope she has LOTS of help. My cousin has 6 kids and 2 sets of twins and she can't do it without others coming over to help feed the babies and helping out with housework and stuff. The fact that she had IVF with all the babies using a sperm donor is a big concern..no father to help out, no marriage. sigh. The whole thing is a bit outrageous.

Not just that - she has no home of her own (living with her parents or in one of their home) and no job, no income, nothing...she's a student.

I feel for these kids..they need to be adopted by someone who can take care of them..but then the problem with that is that they would have to be split up and I don't think syblings should be split up...this woman obviously doesn't think anything thru. I can only hope and pray that these children grow up to be responsible adults..unlike their mother.

You should have seen her 6 year old daughter. They asked her if she liked the idea of having 8 brothers and sisters coming home soon. She said that there would be alot of crying and her mom would be stressed all of the time. I felt so sorry for her.

I can't believe they allowed her to have that many implanted when she has no job and no home. They would have never allowed her to adopt like that! t should have been stopped before she even had the sperm implanted, is what I'm saying.
