Obama = Antichrist?

i posted this in the politics forum, but i wanted to see what responses i would get here...

so first of all, i'm voting for barack obama. my mom, however, is not. she, along with many others believe that obama is the antichrist. opinions?

Lots of the older folk are all for the GOP ... old school
and the college students have read in Social and current events to read the story of Barak Obama 's life ,a book many colleges are promoting
My Daughter read it for class ..

My mother in law suggested a while ago that if Hillary was elected then that might be the fufilling of the woman riding the beast.

I don't believe he's the anti-christ. People certainly don't consider him a spiritual figure. However, I do feel he's the closest thing to an anti-Christ aide we will ever have so close to the highest office. Obama is by far the most liberal Senator in Washington, and is associated with a number of highly questionable people, including a known terrorist, William Ayers, and having former CEO's of the very financial institutions that are troubling the world with their shenanigans as his economic advisers. He's in it a lot deeper than you think. This is stuff CNN will never tell you.

This is totally not to start a debate; I'm not a fan of Obama (or McCain), but if this info isn't published mainstream, where are you getting it? The "wisdom" cited by the Apostle John is the ancient system of Hebrew gematria or numerology. He was using this as a secret code so that those "in the know" would be able to recognize the beast when it arrived.

I have included the Hebrew letters, and beneath them are English transliterations. For example, the letter ר is "Reysh" and it's pronounced like an "R" in English. Also, note that Hebrew is read "backwards", i.e. from right to left.

I am aware that Sarah Palin's last name has been transliterated differently in the Israeli Press. Apparently in an attempt to get across the flat American "A" sound,they have added a syllable; so the Israeli version would actually be pronounced "Pay-ya-leen". There does not appear to be a word spelled "פאלן" in Hebrew, but interestingly, there is in Yiddish, the language of European Jewry that is basically a transliterated form of Middle German. The word is "falin", which is pronounced like "Palin" except that it uses the soft instead of the hard pronunciation of the letter "pey". So I think I am fully justified in transliterating her last name this way. By the way, the Yiddish word means "fall".

I would say most of my information is obtained thru mainstream media (if you consider FoxNews mainstream) and nationally syndicated talk radio. I take some of the information with a grain of salt, but others warrant serious consideration.

According to FoxNews, Obama announced his candidacy for political office in the mid 90's from Willam Ayer's home, where he was hosting a party for Obama. As you may know, William Ayers helped to found a terror organization that took credit for bombing the Pentagon and the NYC Police Headquarters back in the 60's, so they say. Ayers was quoted as saying he wishes the organization could have done more.

I'm voting for Obama. I think he's the best thing for the country right now. I think it's ridiculous to think he's the Anti Christ.

First of all, There are many who believe that the Anti Christ spoken of in the Bible was Nero Caesar. Back then he was using Christians as torches to light the streets of Rome. The Church was having a very hard time with the Romans.

Second of all, if one does believe there is an Anti Christ on the way, wouldn't he be more popular than Barack Obama? The election is still a toss up.

While Obama advances some unChristian ideas, like abortion, it's hard to say he's THE anti-Christ at this point. Besides, one of the criteria in the Tony Blair = antiChrist thread is because Blair converted to Catholicism, and Obama isn't Catholic. Hahaha.

You won't discover the Anti-christ by running numbers. Watch for the guy with all the answers to the financial crises. Watch for the guy who can bring world peace, especially with Isreal. It's not Obama. I say that because so many people say it is. We arent going to see him coming, nor will we expect it to be who it is. "they" need to continue to create crises's bigger and bigger. Eventually no way out. Then we shall see who steps up.

as I don't trust Obama as far as I could throw him.

For One, Alot of shady characters in
his closet (Past & Present) and where
did he get the money to travel around
the world while in college? I know college
is very expensive and his family is not wealthy at all.
His two roommates in college, both Middle Eastern
with questionable backgrounds..

McCain is the Lesser of two evils in my book and I think Palin needs
to shake up Washington and clean house of all the corruption, greed,
and useless pork barrel spending that is waaay out of control..

Has Obama promised that??...

Well in favour of america, i still would vote for the other dude if i where an american. Because obama wants to cut down the military which is the what the enemies of the US want.

Basicly everything obama does with the military is in favour of enemies to the US.
