I didn't read this so forgive me if it's been said already but my little girl (20 months now) is really girly and we had NOah's Ark ready for the room whether it was a boy or girl.
We painted the walls sky blue and put clouds on them. On one wall I painted a bright sun and on the opposite wall, a rainbow of course. When we brought a little girl home, I feminized it by putting butterflies all over the walls and ceiling. It's a really adorable room and not too babyish either.
