Firstly, The Sabbath was given to Israel and the commandments pertaining to it were also given to Israel. There was also a Judicial body given and rules pertaining to the breaking of these commandments.

Yeshua worked on the Sabbath, yet was not stoned, and this was in Judea and with a ruling body, the Sanhedrin in place so asking a Gentile these questions is moot.
