NOTICE: One of the web servers is down, but www.christianforums.com back up

Hi

I've found the problem for the CF page not found problem over the past 8 hours or so - one of the CF web servers is offline - I think I know why - a borked apache/php upgrade last night I think. My fault.

Anyway, I've removed it out of the load balancer list for the moment. This has FIXED the problem (albeit temporarily).

www.christianforums.com should now be working.

Please use www instead of www1 as www1 is only 1 server whereas www load balances between servers.

edit: It won't load properly in Firefox, so Im using IE 6.0 for now.

Me too and I switched to the www1 server and have not had that problem since.

CF has been kinda hit and miss for me.. right now the www. is not comming up at all or is insainly slow. I had to log on through the www1. in order to even post this problem

Our web servers had a corrupted version of apache/php for the past 20 hours, leading to intermittent access to www.christianforums.com - this issue is now fixed.

I encourage people to use www instead of www1 so that you are using our load balancer.
