I wouldn't get excited. The stay was originally set pending an appeal due by 7 p.m. on June 13, 2025. That an appeal was going to be made was a given. What is of note is that it actually was a 'stay pending appeal' and not an 'administrative appeal', which would have been given had the court decided that there were reasonable grounds that it might be overturned. This was not done because, as per the court documents: 'An administrative stay is unnecessary and unwarranted in light of the district court’s extensive reasoning'.You mean this one?
