This is a song I'm currently working on... I have bass, 2 guitars & drums recorded. I'm fussing with the vocals at this point, but I'm curious to see what anyone might think of the lyrics at this stage. They're a lot different than my older writings, but since this is the first time I've posted them on this forum you'll have to take my word.

I've asked people about my music before, and no one has ever been able to give it a genre... It's sort of a combination of different sounds. I like to say it's a lighter Blink 182 (or the like) with more mature lyrics compared to their earlier stuff, or a harder Sixpence None The Richer... My influences are Blink, Sixpence, Our Lady Peace & the Goo Goo Dolls... so there's a bit of each in my songs I suppose.
