Not sure where to begin

I haven't been on Christianforums for nearly 3 years. My how life changes! I really don't know what to say, but I felt led to start a thread. It's nice to see the comaraderie among everyone here. Sometimes you can feel so alone and isolated when going through this kind of phase of life. It's easy to know in your head this is just a season. The hard part is getting it to your heart, so that you can really know that a new season awaits.

Praise God that He is always the same. He is the only one any of us can truly count on.

It is amazing how life changes. I recently came back on as well. I was out of this for about 7 - 8 months, I think.

You are so right in knowing it is for a season. And our mind is fully aware that the feelings we are going through are temporary. But the heart is so torn it takes longer to heal.

I drifted away when my wife and I got back together, then drifted back when it crashed again. I've been a pretty constant member since then, mostly in the singles forums, because frankly, I was avoiding the feelings as much as possible and it made it harder to read this section. Trying to spend more time here to find the lessons I didn't learn, and encourage others when possible.
