Not feeling good.

Don't know what is going on exactly. Had a headache off and on for 3 weeks now. Mood swings...not super horrible not great. Depression lingers. Strange menstral time. No appetite for atleast 2 weeks. Now I have hot flashes. Headache almost unbearable. Tingling down my right arm off and on. Neck pain.

Thinking about going to the doctor...but worried they won't find anything. And look at me with that...why did you come here look.

Pondering going to the chiropractor...but don't have insurance coverage for that.

Gotta do something...just not sure what.

Hey sweetie...I just want you to know I am praying for you right now. I would absolutely call your Dr in the morning. What do you have to lose if he finds nothing, and if he looks at you with that look..oh well atleast your mind is at rest that nothing serious is wrong. If you dont feel its bothersome enough for a visit atleast call and leave a message to speak with him or his nurse.I hope you feel better soon ane way or another. I agree with the others here. Call or go to the doctor ASAP. So what if they find nothing...at least that could rule out something it isn't. And remember that it's their job to give that service to you...disregard the looks. Nothing wrong with being concerned about your health and frankly what you have described should be looked over.

I'm keeping you and your family in prayer.

Amen to the above posts!1 Talk to the Doctor. I know those looks too well, but that is their problem, despite the fact that it makes us doubt ourselves. Pryaing for you!

I have thought about it. I saw my psychiatrist. He said I could up my lexapro.

I'm at home today. I haven't eaten, showered, or dressed. I don't want to see or talk to anyone. I feel anxious and am taking XAnax. I hope to do some cleaning to validate my staying home. I feel so alone, lonely, and depressed. I'm not functioning right.

I'm not sure why, but when I'm feeling horrible, like I am now I often pray more for others which includes you. Sorry you're having such a hard time. I know how it feels.

My doc also suggested increasing Lexapro. I've tried it in the past a few times and it makes me more depressed. But I'm going to try it again. Bipolar body chemistry is a moving target and makes it frustrating.
