what are you doing for summer vacation?

We are in winter at the moment but when we finally get to summer I do plan to go and take my kids away for a while.

When was the last time you laughed uncontrollably and what was it over? (oh and if you snorted that is extra good)

We were watching early episodes of X-Files and there was a very long dialog about aliens and government conspiracies that went back to WWII. I said, "Where do they get the gall to rewrite history like that?" Husband, "They are counting on people that know nothing about history."
He NEVER says anything critical...I cracked up.


Why do you get up in the morning so early?

I've always been a morning person. I'm happiest if I'm up and about at 4:30am. I think it stems from my dad's very early work time when I was growing up -- if I wanted to hang out with him at all, I had to get up at 4 (he left at 4:30). It just stuck.

Which parent are you closest to and why?

I am closest to my dad, mainly because of the upbringing i had with my mum. My dad and I are only just beginning our relationship as I blamed him for the actions of my mum and he wasn't home to see it so he thought I was making more out of the situation than what it was. But now he knows the truth and we have both decided to work on our relationship.

If suddenly came across a large sum of money that was yours to keep what would be the first thing you did with it?

I would say that I hate bad behavior and attitudes. But, I don't really hate people.

Do you ask the Lord to deal with your enemies, or do you try to fell them yourself?

Many times in this world, we are spared knowing about all of our enemies. Therefore, the Lord God must be left in charge.

I love Gerbera's because they are bright and fun, but I also love roses but more only on a bush because they are such a beautiful fragrance.
