Derek was shocked. At first he didnt know what to say. The words just popped in his head. "Why are you aresting me?" Derek aid. "You faked your room mates death to help him hide from the Red Dragon's." THe Officer Replied. "Faked his death! Does that mean he's alive?" Derek practically yelled. "Yes." Said the officer. "Where is he?" Derek asked. We found him beaten on the side of the road, probably by you."The officer said. "Got any proof?" Derek said. "Yessir, two witneses." The officer said as he led Derek away.

She looked around as she drove onto the campus of Miami University of Ohio and saw a younge Italian lady thinking she looked nice she walked up to her and asked "Where is dorm 3?" She had decided that finding her dorm would be the first thing to do know that she had been accepted. She had been worried that they wouldn't accept her because between the time she filled out her aplication and had her interview she had gotten pregnant and her boyfriend had abandoned her so she was going to be a single mom. Everyone had told her to get an abortion but it was a little too late for that now. She was determined to live a successfull life and she was headed in the right track sense she ahd made it into college.

Laurie stepped back suddenly. The words were like a slap in the face. She gave Derek a helpless look and watched in shock as he was led down the hall and to a car. She ran out to the parking lot and hopped on the moped after standing there for a few minutes. She drove over to the campus and parked the moped in the parking lot. Then she started walking down a sidewalk to the small little park area the university had. She bumped into a girl and looked up.

The girl appeared to be busy, so Laurie just said, "Oh uhhh sorry I bumped into you. Excuse me." and started to bustle away when she heard the girl calling her name. Laurie spun around and said, "yeah?"

Derek was led into the squad car and down to the station. All the time nhe was thinking. He knew that Charles daeth was faked. SO that meant that they had illed someone to replace him. Derek was sitting there shocked. He was led into the questioning room. Sitting there was a cop, the corener, and Charles. charles was fine. "Derek, I have a propisition for you. We can frame you for murder. Or you can join us, the red dragons. You passed the test. You may join.: Right away Derek knew he would'nt join. but if he said yes he might survive. Dere sat quiet for a minuets.

Bethany went home and called Laurie about the moped. Laurie's roommate answered it, "Hello?" "Ummm, yeah is Laurie there??" "No, she left and won't be back until later tonight." "Oh, okay, can you tell her that Bethany called and let her call me or I will call her tomorrow about a moped." "Sure, bye" "Okay, bye"

Bethany been sitting in her room waiting for Laurie to call her because
she really want to tell her about the moped. It was 10:00 p.m. and
Bethany was going to go to bed, but she went to the kitchen to call Laurie
to see if she is home yet. Her roommate answer the phone and told her that she is not home yet and call back tomorrow. So Bethany went to bed and wait for tomorrow.

"What do I get if I join you? Derek asked. "We will release you from jail and give you a great many things." The cop said said. Derek looked at charles' eyes. They were crossed, and his face was in a frown. Derek could tell that charles wanted him to say no. Derek said, "No, I will not join you!" That was the last thing he remembered before he blacked out.

Laurie looked at the girl as she seemed to get scared. She looked around and bolted off. "hey wait!" laurie called, but the girl just ran. She gave a shrug and bustled off to the police station. When she got there the woman at the desk informed her that Derek was in a meeting, so she waited for a few minutes. When she felt like she couldn't contain it anymore, she snuck past the clerk who was reading and into a hallway.

Laurie saw a few people passing by and started to check doors. She heard some voices, and recognized one door to be a meeting of some staff. She moved on to the next couple doors and found they were locked and nothing was going on in them. When she got to the fifth door down the hall, she heard voices inside. She heard them making somebody an offer. Then she clearly heard Derek's voice saying no.

She burst into the room and saw some people jumping on Derek. She got wideeyed as the men looked up at her. Then she got mad and shrieked, "What are you doing! You get off him! Now!" She kicked a man in the side with her boots, and he cringed and held his side. She gave a glare around the room and then saw somebody staring at her with his mouth gaping open. Suddenly he came running at her and grabbed her. She screamed, but there was nothing she could do. He ran with her down the hall and then pushed her into a room and closed the door.

She almost screamed out, but he whispered, "Don't make a sound! I'm Charles, and I want to help you. If you'll let me." She could feel his stare even in the darkened room. She blushed, even though she knew he couldn't see her. "Ummm, I think we need to get out of this place and talk. It'd be nice to be able to see you." she said, trying to be funny but obviously failing. She was scared. Laurie looked around as Charles opened the door and peered his head out.

Derek was out cold. He woke in a small cell. It was an isolation cell. He nsat there, not making a noise. Soon someone walked by, dropping a note into the cell. Derek quickly grabbed the note and opened it. He couldnt really read it but he made out words bout being quiet or Laurie would die. He sat there, quiet.

Charles made a motion and moved out into the hall cooly. He walked through the door and Laurie scurried after him. When they got out into the sunlight, she blinked. It was a change from the dimly light offices of the police. "Do you have a car?" Charles asked. Laurie nodded and pointed to hers, and then started to go and open it. She climbed inside and motioned for Charles to come around and get in. "We're going for a long drive. You are going to tell me what all that was in there," Laurie said motioning towards the police headquarters. Charles took a deep breath and gave a sigh and a groan.

Laurie started up the car and the tires screeched as she raced out of the parking lot as quickly as she could. The last thing she needed was to be caught by some cop and be taken back to the station. She looked over at Charles, who appeared to be thinking hard. It occurred to Laurie that she didn't know this guy, and he could be tricking her, so she pulled into a Wal Mart parking lot. He looked at her quizzically and she said, "I don't know you. I don't know if I can trust you, and I'm not going to take any chances considering that nut-house of a police station back there. Tell me what's up."

Kalie sat at a table, bewildered. She had been brought to this small dimmly lit room through many passages that twisted and turned in all sorts of directions, turning down so many different corridors that eventually she just lost which way the exit was. Her guides, there were two of them and she never got to see their faces, showed her to the dimmly lit room so now sat in and told her to wait there. The had then turned and closed the door and she heard the lock click indicating that she had no choice but to wait.

Kalie had time to search the room for anything of interest. It wasn't a very big room, about 8 steps from the door to the back wall and 6 steps from wall to wall. The floor was smooth concrete and the walls matched the floor. The only possible way into and out of the room was the door she had entered and was now locked. The door was metal with a small window in it that at the moment was covered. The room was empty except for the small table and the chair she sat in. A light hung over the table and was the only source of light, but to Kalie it looked as if it was going to burn out any minute. The whole setting gave her the creeps, but what occupied her mind was why she was here. She had no idea why she would be locked in this little room. Maybe it's because I paid my last apartment rent late... She looked around the room again. ... and they want to freak me out... For some reason that doesn't quite fit. She shook her head then rested her chin on her fist placing her elbow on the table looking towards the door. Waiting...

hehe, i don't know what she's waiting for but she's waiting for something. i'm not really sure what's going on right now so i just made something up. :o

Bethany got in her car for a drive since Laurie didn't call her back. Then she saw her with a guy in the parking lot and was going to get out and see if things was alright, but didn't budge to do it. And drive to look for Derek in the dark.
