today i am begining to write a novel. i began this twice before. Unfortunately or fortunately i've lost all the work i did in the past. But i have this idea and am going to enjoy writing it. Here is a little about the novel:
People:
Francis starting at age 17 a junior in St. Francis High School. We will focus on him from age 17 through entrance into Seminary with a postscript describing his ordination.
Clare starting at age 16 a 10th grader. Who falls madly in love with Francis. She becomes a nun.
Fr. Matthew Pastor of St. Francis Church Francis spiritual director
Fr. Andrew (twin bro) associate pastor -- likes to have fun
Francis parents: Mary and Joseph
Francis sister Veronica 15 Clares best friend
Francis best friend: Peter 18
Audience. This novel is being specifically written for young teenagers (12-17)
Writing style: Very short chapters, and paragraphs. Lots of conversation. Each chapter will be written by a different character. All will be written in the first person.
