Noisy Neighbours

Could you please pray that the noise people will catch my neighbours playing extremly loud music tonight. The music is on now and it is coming straight through the house.
We have had a year of this and I have now got depression because of it.

Lord: Be with this child of yours and the situation at home with the neighbors. Lord give Welshdaff discernment in knowing the right thing to do with these neighbors and the best way of handling this situation. I also pray for this child of yours in their health situation. Lord, lift the depression from Welshdaff and give inner peace and strength from you each day. Sweet Jesus, we also pray for these neighbors that they will have their eyes opened and realize what chaos and turmoil they are causing in the lives of others and if they do not know you as their Lord and Savior, that they will come to know you .

So sorry for your troubles. Lord you know exactly how to fix this dilemma, and I ask that you intervene and help this sister to find peace. Help the neighbors to realize how selfish they are being, help them to find a different less invasive way to play their music.

Have you told them how easy it is for you to hear them? I know tricky stuff, perhaps a letter if you can't find the nerve to do it in person.

What do the rest of the neighbors think? are they driving them batty as well? if so perhaps a petition if it comes to that.


I know years ago, we lived in a home that it was not music that was bothering us, but party stuff. Drugs and young teens. Got sick of it, and so each night a friend of mine and me, we were both sick from it. Decided enough is enough.. we are after all children of GOD! and if they were not going to change and get their lives in order. Then we were going to SPEAK to this property meaning them in general and command them to move in the mighty NAME OF JESUS. Like speaking to a mountain like the bible states. We did this oh I say for about a week, THEY MOVED! no kidding! very very soon after we did this. GIVE IT A TRY!

Different time.. next door to us, nice neighborhood, new neighbors. They didn't mow their lawn it was about 2 and half feet high in the back. NO KIDDING ! outside it being against this city and its rules, it was UGLY! and was very hard to look at since we are right next door and can see them clearly. WELL we began to pray for them to mow their lawn. GUESS WHAT THEY DID? they mowed their lawn, or was at least attempting to do so. We found out that their mower would not cut the tall grass, so my husband mowed it once for them and now they mow it all the time. See we helped them and GOD likes for us to show LOVE and KINDNESS! but boy I know sometimes it is sure hard.

Especially if they are killing you with noise. I will continue to pray they stop.

Hi yes they know we can hear their music , plus banging on doors walls etc. It is all done on purpose..
The guy from enviro is here now but the music has only stayed on 5 minutes out of 25 I know as soon as he goes it will go back on really loud.

The property next door is rented , the landlord doesnt want to know , as long as he gets his rent thats all he cares about.

Hi hon, I know exactly how you feel. My neighbors start at 10 pm and keep it up until wee hours of the morning. I'm so tired all the time I find myself falling asleep during the day. It really wears on my nerves also so I understand how you feel. My heart and prayers are with you. Love Lady Marion

Dear Lord Jesus for those of us who just want to live in peace I pray that You will remove the problems. Either save the people or remove them from our neighborhoods. Lord God it's so hard to live in this world with all the pressures we have to face but when we can't even have peace and quiet and rest at home then it messes us up really badly. Lord please bring peace to this situation. Please let other neighbors be bothered enough to either write a petition or call the law for the disturbance these people are causing by their selfishness. Please help this young woman to be able to have peace and quiet in her home. Let her be at peace over the situation knowing that You will trouble the host and You will fix the situation. Bless this lady and keep her safe from all harm. Bless her neighborhood Lord God and help her to be at peace in Jesus Name amen

I worked graveyard for 2 years, and really there was no way for me to complain about day time noise. I did adjust to it and can sleep through just about anything with the help of a nice blowing fan. I find that a loud fan can drown out almost any noise.

Also an important trick to living with noise is to not let yourself get angry about it. Just accept it without becoming frustrated, the moment you get upset is when you can't sleep or it just becomes totally intollerable. I find that noise issues are almost never resolved with quiet.

Well the noise people did get to witness the music last night it was loud enough but wasnt on long enough for him to do anything about it.
But he did say that as we have got a 17month old toddler if the music comes on a bit louder than this tonight then they can serve a notice.

I am just happy that someone from enviromental health has finally caught these people playing music , lol it has only taken them a year.
