  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Hello to all, I know you have all probably heard this so many times or maybe have felt the same during your own pregnancy at the early stages but I just am not feeling anything I am 8 weeks, I thought I was getting tired last week but now it has gone.
Is anyone else feeling the same or maybe had no symptoms at this stage of your pregnancy?

i WISH I was feeling that good at 8 weeks. I was praying to the porcelian gods on an hourly basis....at least. I know of several women who are pregnant and don't get any of the symptoms. Have you seen a doctor yet?

yes I have been to the doctor but she didnt confirm anything as I have done three hpt and all positive. I see the midwife in 2 weeks.
They dont confirm it if you have done 2 tests.
I didn't know that. I assumed that if you went to the doctor they always did a blood test.

I can relate. I really didn't have any typical pregnancy symptoms when I was 8 weeks pregnant. If you've had several positive pregnancy tests I wouldn't worry, I'm sure you're fine. You're just one of the lucky ones :). Through out my whole pregnancy I've hardly had any typical symptoms other than aches and pains here and there. Up until the third trimester it's been quite easy for me.

My doctor told me that your mucouse membranes go NUTS when you are pregnant and you are constantly stopped up and blocked up and nasal....and yucky. I have been that way my ENTIRE pregnancy. She told me to take mucinex to break some of that blockage up and gave me a nasal spray. Just about every book I have read though, says that stuffiness and such are a perk of pregnancy.
