  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, I haven't studied as much as I could have for any of my finals this year and get the feeling that I won't be studying for my other two finals very much either. :sigh: I just have no motivation and can't force myself to study. I'm just hoping to pass my classes now.

I'm finally done! I'm so glad - now I'm going to take some time to take a nap today (I only ended up getting four hours of sleep). SHEA - I'm proud of you for sticking with it, I just hope you can get some sleep when you're done taking your tests. If you don't get sleep your health will go down, and if your health is gone, you won't be able to enjoy your best or give lofe your all.

Awww, thanks so much for the encouragement honey. :hug:

Well, I just finished my third last final (psychology) and I think it went pretty well even though I didn't have much of a chance to study for it! Yay! :clap: Thank God that my prof prayed for us before he gave the exam out. I think that really helped. :)

Thought I'd let everyone know that my prof posted the exam key tonight and I got 100% on the short answer/essay, and about 42-44/50 on the multiple choice.

With the curve I easily should be able to have what I need for an A in the class.

Hope everyones tests and studying went as well. Thanks for praying and I'm still thinking about you guys

I barely study Finals Week... my viewpoint is that you should know the stuff if you studied during the year and there's no good to cram the stuff into your head becuase you are going to forget it anyways... I used to cram nonstop and I would just forget it on the test and do worse if I didn't study.
