Praise God for that. God hears our prayers, even the ones that seem small to us. Because we are so important to him, even our littlest needs are worthy of His attention. See Matthew 6:25-34.

Also, as a side note: Try adding more potassium to your diet by way of apricots (dried apricots are great), bananas, raisins, figs, etc. Many times when our muscles are cramping it is because of low potassium. Consult your physician if you have any problems with the above listed fruits, or any food allergies whatsoever. If not though, just try adding some of these fruits to your diet, and see if they help keep those cramps away. God gives us fruit to meet the needs of our body, and also because it tastes so good.

I think I am allergic to prunes and figs because evertime I eat some I get this really weird rash and I start having trouble breathing but after I take my inhaler I am ok.

Then follow my first line of advice, and don't eat anything you suspect may cause an allergic reaction. If you don't know about bananas, apricots, and orange juice allergies, then consult a doctor, but they would definitely help with any potassium problems.

Also calcium-magnesium pills..all those minerals are fairly cheap. And an electric blanket! Love those things. I ran across Hyland's "Leg Cramps with Quinine" last year, and it made a world of difference--you can take them on an empty stomach in the middle of the night.

But yes, praise the Lord!

Oh I love those too. Have you ever tried the electric mattress pads? They're like electric blankets but you lay on them instead. I like them even better.

Wanted to add one more thing: Be sure to say hydrated this time of year. So many people drink less fluids this time of year, because the temps are cooler and we don't have that " hot and thirsty" thing going on, like we do in the summertime. More water in the diet is often the answer to many health problems, including muscle cramping, constipation, chest congestion, and tiredness. Many people get kidney and bladder infections this time of year too. So drink more H2O! ;) It's good for ya.
