  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

this pregnancy is totally draining me and I am only a few weeks along! What is going on with me, and to top it all off I started morning sickness at Chruch on Sunday. Today seems to be the worst, the only thing my stomach can tolerate is chicken soup and water, though the water always threatens to come back up, cold warm, doesn't matter. And I have a migraine on top of it all. My daughter never did this to me.

is there a tea or something that can help me get a bit of energy back? I drive a school bus, and a tired driver is an unsafe driver.

I was the same way. My first 8 weeks or so I would sleep 14 hours a night and take two naps in the afternoon. I was ridiculously exhausted. I'm sure people have suggestions -- everyone told me to drink lots of water and make sure to exercise, but nothing gave me my energy back.

that is how I was during my first trimester....eating, puking, sleeping. that's it. I slept at LEAST 14 hours at night, sometimes more and I would inevitably take naps during the day. I just enjoyed all the rest but since you have a bus to drive, you might try some green tea. When I worked nights at the police department, that kept me going.
