Nipto is broken

My provider missed a payment on his server and I lost all my work on Nipto. I have decided to rent space directly from a larger hosting company now so that I have more control over creating domains, managing the server, etc.

This time, I am going to hand code most of the website other than a couple of sections like the forums. (too lazy for that).
