I love their songs. I need to buy more, better start with buying at least one, of their albums.

Depending on your musical preferences, you have a split choice between two amazing albums -- "The Fragile" and "The Downward Spiral". (Of course, you could always go with his first album "Pretty Hate Machine".) If you're a sucker for to-the-point, harder sounding songs, then the Downward Spiral is for you. If you're into the beautiful, more layered and softer, then you may want to go for The Fragile. Happy listening.

NIN is a wonderful band... Trent Reznor is a musical genious, and there is so much to his music that the average fan over looks.

I ALMOST GOT TO GO TO ONE OF THEIR ALL AGES CONCERTS! but it sold out in 5 minutes. darn.

I'm going to 4 shows on this leg of the US tour, and have bootlegs of their first two shows from last week, AMAZING stuff on there. Cant wait for the shows.

The Fragile is a pretty good place to start, the downward spiral would be a good place too.

I love NIN. I've listened to them for a while, but I just bought my first NIN cd the other day, The Downward Spiral. I really like it. I think I'm going to buy Pretty Hate Machine later on this week, and I'll buy The Fragile sometime as well.

About a week ago I came across the new single being played on 97X (the local alt. rock station). I went and got it from iTunes the next day (or maybe the day after; I can't remember). Can't get enough of that song.

Yeah, it's great. Although, I really didn't like at first but I've grown to love it now.

I have a small opportunity to attend an all ages event on May the 21rd at a club in San Diego. It's doubted that I can attend, though. To all those who have seen him live, I envy you greatly.

Must there be a post like this in every thread in the Secular Music forum?

It's the secular music forum. Not Christian, SECULAR. In other words, posts like "They are not pleasing to God" are quite unecessary here, and very annoying. Sometimes I think people are making posts like that for the sole purpose of increasing their post counts, because they know there's an oppurtunity for them to say the same thing in practically every thread in this forum.

TerabyTe, I'm glad you like The Fragile, it's my favorite. The songs are perfectly arranged and the music takes me to another place. My favorite off the album is "We're in this Together" and "Underneath it All".
