CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We just had a freak thunderstorm so I had to log off for a little bit.
I know where the term "scaredy cat" came from.
The last thunderbolt I thought he was going to jump out of his skin.
I got him settled down. He was sharing the recliner pull out with me.
Before that loudest BOOM he was laying across me chest upside down getting his tummy rubbed. What a baby.

Yeah. I've gotten home from work before to find the mouse on the floor.
He looks so innocent. Not like there is anyone else in the house to have done that.

I work at a vet hospital, and we have 4 cats that live there all the time. One of them is my buddy. He follows me everywhere, and whenever I sit down he jumps right up in my lap. I love him to death!! He is really sweet. And if he wants to play, a lot of times he in on the counter, and when I walk by he swats me with his paw. It is cute.

At night time we fight over my pillow.
He likes being really close.
Sometimes when he is laying next to me he reaches out his paw to me.
That is cute!

I would be obsessed too. My one cat loves to be rubbed down all over and will rub on my face if I ignore her. She is loud and bossy. She isn't too keen about sleeping with us. Some nights I have caught her on the bed. She likes to sleep on the step into the kitchen. Probably watching for mice, which we don't get anymore.
